probably his producing moreso than his rapping itself.
i don't think he's a genius by any means but he has a talent.

Go listen to the rap that was produced between '86 and '96 and then tell me that Kanye, KL, RTJ, etc are great.
They can't hold a candle to EPMD, Eric B and Rakim, Biggie, LL Cool J, etc.
