I really liked the island. You can go all around and not be locked in a compound like other islands.
Covid has shut it down so not sure how it will be when you go. One thing that is done is el campo. It was the largest open air brothel in the Western Hemisphere. I read it went bankrupt due to covid and the government is looking into if they will allow it to open again.
