Hmmm, didn't know this....so if so, I suppose all of the people who were criticizing Trump for "telling people to vote twice" were uninformed. Even the NC voting officials came out and said it was "illegal to vote twice".

they were. Trump even explained that by voting in person it will nullify that paper ballot.
