Not collectible, but highly sought after.
I paid $40 for two large totes, with 100+ cars, a ton of track, and a lot of the buildings.

The cars bring (on average) $2-$3 each. I sold mine on a Thomas Train group on FB for $100+. The building went for around $20 each, and I gave the track away (they just paid the shipping, which was $60).
A few of the cars I had were rare, averaged $5-$10 each. Some were common, less than a dollar each. I could have sat them for weeks, selling one at a time. I don’t like doing that. I want the stuff I buy at garage sales gone within a week or two.
