They are neither. New language needs to be written. You can still go to the bablyon bee's website and read their articles stories spoofs whatevs. By posting them on FB they are giving them permission to do with it as they please. Read the TOS.

Which makes them a publisher and not a platform. Remove their 230 protections.

How is the different from discrimination? They are choosing who they will serve based on their own ideology.

It would be interesting to see how the Supreme Court would rule on this.
