9 days? Smh

They counted ballots in the Gore v Bush situation until December. That is not a big deal. They tried to manufacture votes for Gore and just could not do it after counting everything 4 times.

This was recounting the ballots. What they want in NC is for someone 9 days after the election to be like, oh, look what I found in a box in my trunk

That was not even close to the same scenario.

There's a big difference between trying to find a reason to count an unmarked ballot and having a Supreme Court justice say a postmark doesn't have to be legible to be counted.

John Roberts is a vile, DC rodent.

It's a little different. Those votes were already in-hand, this is referring to receiving votes.

Why 9 days and not 8? Or 10? Or 15? What's the point of having an Election Day if some judge can arbitrarily move the date of ballot acceptance back to whatever point in time they wish?

It is a "big deal". NC has a law on the books which specifies how long ballots can be counted. If a court, any court, can override the LAW, then what laws can't be changed by an activist court?
This is nothing more than an action taken by a group of willful and inconsistent men. IF allowed to stand, then we are on the road to chaos and tyranny.
