71st of 77 in total defense. All other Louisiana schools rank higher.

And only played 3 garbage teams. This has the potential to get much much worse.

Finding new ways of describing how bad we've been doesn't really change anything. Everyone knows it's been as bad as anyone could have feared.

The more important question is what has caused this. Is Bo just done? Is he incapable of putting in the effort? Has the implementation of his defense been affected by the strange pre-season, more than most? Are we so far behind that we can't fix it? Is the talent level on defense so low that there's nothing that can be done?

Basically, it's time to think about what the future holds. If Bo's done, then he needs to be out of here now. If this is a result of circumstance, but it's a short term situation, then maybe you hang on. If we're so depleted on defense that we're a couple of recruiting cycles away from being good again, then it's all a moot point.

Admit the losses have been tough to swallow, but they were SEC teams. Better than any other La team.
