My schedule doesnt allow me to go in the evenings but I was always a morning person anyways.

Get my preworkout in and knock it out. Helps gym is 24/7 as well. Done in 45min.

When I did go evenings it felt like such a chore. Going after a long day at work(job isnt really hard as am IT) plus a crowded gym annoyed me.

Even on weekends I like to be done by 10am.
