We can solve our race relations problem by educating African Americans about the ways Britain and the Netherlands caused slavery in America and the Western Hemisphere. AAs are demanding reparations from the wrong source. Hopefully we can get them to refocus on you. The Dutch and you limeys deserve every bit of social upheaval you’re getting.

Early days, sure, but Britain was fighting a shooting war against slavery a half century before the American Civil War.
