Hornady makes a reduced recoil rifle ammo in that caliber.

Works well. Have to sight the rifle in for it as it is not exactly interchangeable with the standard 308 as far as accuracy down range. I plan on taking it to the range one day and shoot at various yards on a target tonsee just how far off they are between the two rounds off one scope sighted in for the standard round.

I bought some for kids. Definitely less recoil.
