I’ve probably watched it over 30 times in my life and it still makes me laugh like it’s my first time watching it.
And then, there are the gifs...

It's still my go to comedy.

I always forget that Jonathan Banks (Mike in Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul) is in this movie.

IDK, maybe this is my favorite.

i am 40 years old and first saw this movie when I was maybe 6. I didn't get all the jokes but I knew it was funny.
I watched it on VHS again again again again at least once a year until a bought the DVD, then the blue ray, then watch it everytime it comes on.
My 15 year old has seen it 4 times and its his favorite comedy since i explained things such as disco and tuperware that he didn't understand

We watched it hundreds of times as kids...
So I thought I'd never bother to see it again.
It came on Pluto and well, lets take a gander for a few minutes...that movie is still gold. I mean you know the lines, you know what's coming...but the the entire movie is so well done it never gets old...I don't know what it is...the same jokes you've heard so many times before.
I think it was the first VHS tape I ever bought.

Not my favorite joke, but Travolta just seems to fit

Too many to choose. I’ve always loved this one

No captions, but we all know the lines

Yeah, this movie is nonstop laughs. I can't pick a favorite scene or joke.
Even watching Zero Hour, the movie Airplane! was based on, I can't watch without laughing.

The Pterodactyl line was so out of left field. It always cracked us up.
And this was WAY before the Dinosaur craze.
I mean it takes guts for the writers to put in a line that might not be commonplace.

True story:
Leslie Nielsen was so good at keeping a straight face when delivering his lines, everyone started to think he didn't have a sense of humor at all. He was that good at not breaking from the script.

The writing and the acting were great. Such a classic movie that would have half the country sky screaming today.

I feel like I'm the only one who chuckles at that line when I'm having a watch party with my friends.

The gay guy who always had the funny/smart arse remarks in the ATC with Lloyd Bridges was comedy gold.
