I'd also like to add if Aranda was not that good and the defense wasnt that great then why did you have to keep increasing his pay so others wouldn't pull him away until he was the highest paid coordinator at the time. Thus setting the standard for coordinator pay for LSU and thus we have Bo's contract. But the defense wasnt that good right coach? Joke.

They played about as well as any defense that played having an offense that scored every 2 minutes and was up by most opponents by 30+ at half.
The few games that the offense did not rock and roll in, the defense held their own.
