Piece o cake to make in a pressure cooker. They sell silicon egg bite trays on amazon, cheap.

I’m also considering the waste generated by the plastic and cardboard packaging used for freakin egg bites, so easy a fourth grader could make them. I’m buying local farm eggs and recycling my egg cartons back to the farmer every few weeks. I’m not so busy or so amazingly well compensated that 10 minutes once a week to mix a crustless quiche is going to put a dent in my income. Cook once, breakfast all week. Seems efficient to me.

Too, I loathe excess non biodegradable packaging, and egg bites definitely tick that box.
