I havent experienced winter around here yet but theres a lot to do. I've avoided going downtown, suburbs and outskirts are fine to do things. Hiking wise, how long of a hike are you looking for? Full day, half day, moderate/difficult?

Plenty of wineries, breweries, and distilleries around Woodinville. If i find some other things over next few months i'll update

Probably about a half day, with easy to moderate difficulty. I found a few searching the web (Franklin Falls, Heather Lake Trail, Wallace Falls), but was just curious if anyone had any personal recs.

I just wasn't sure if things like hiking or taking a ferry out to any of the islands were available/enjoyable in December.

Thanks, I'll be sure to look around Woodinville.
