Yes. He is really good. Burning Sullivan's arse.

Sidney is straight up blistering Sullivan's arse right now. She is fantastic rebuking every single thing he brings up. Said we have only seen this type of thing happen in other countries.
A judge acting as prosecutor is something straight out of Henry VIII’s England.

And it wont make a lick of difference in this “hearing”. I use the term “hearing” loosely.
Yeah, this is all a show. Sullivan’s been told how it needs to happen going in.

That's what they want. A permanent underclass where the rules don't apply to them.

Is it me or did Sullivan make clear at the beginning that Gleeson SHALL be a part of the record and a special counsel. When essentially Gleeson is the Judges lawyer so he calls him special counsel as in special lawyer not like a special council like what Mueller was, right?
Also Sullivan said he doesn't want to hear certain things yet he went after Sydney for writing a letter to Barr?
So essentially the Judge's first statement (and reading his lawyers diatribe) who has no business in this, showed his bias that he has already made up his mind before hearing the case?

Powell and the 2 lawyers for DOJ are dismantling Gleeson and all his bullshite arguments. It isn't even a fair fight and the fat that this case is at this point, in this situation is incredible.

No, I took it as the Mueller SCO, when he used the term special council
I forgot who/when, but in earlier arguments the SCO was brought up, any subsequent mention of the SCO, I take, to be referencing that specifically

So now the govt's/DOJ's lawyers are saying this needs thrown out, big time. The govt is begging to dismiss. The judge can't decide to play prosecutor.
Sullivan not ruling to drop all of this TODAY and dismiss; will automatically show Sullivan & Gleeson as a political prosecutor Judge-- and it will be frightening...

thanks. so since when can a Judge appoint a special council under the guise of his lawyer with his views?

yes - exactly
Almost at every turn, anytime Sullivan speaks he is overtly, on the record, desperately trying to defend his supposed impartiality. He keeps trying to tie his previous decisions in the Flynn case to show non-bias
He's clearly in self-protection mode, and Gleeson is making it worse
Posted on 9/29/20 at 3:02 pm to PimpDaddyHustleStack
Sullivan is trying to downplay the GROSS misconduct by FBI, DOJ, et al by bringing up a totally different case and trying to parallel how this case doesn't rise to that level as being blatantly evident of gross misconduct. BS Sullivan, this is fricking treason, sedition whatever the frick you want to call it.

I have no idea, I assume never

He is trying to run out the clock to the election in hopes a Biden win another AG will reverse the decision to drop the case. That is what this is about plain and simple.
The shittest part of all of this is George H W Bush put this guy on the Federal bench.

you are correct Sullivan said many times he was fair offered Flynn counsel....blah blah blah
If he were truly always fair to Flynn he wouldn't have a need to make it a matter of record.

did Sullivan just say? He will take the case up. The case is volumnious.
Posted on 9/29/20 at 3:06 pm to cajunangelle
This entire affair is nauseating.

If Biden wins, Trump pardons him the next day. Game over.
These people are insane. Living in the moment. It’s a bunker mentality.

Take a second and think about this statement.
Powell and the DOJ attorneys are supposed to be on opposite sides of this case, arguing before the judge. Not jointly arguing against him.
TOTAL
frickING

WORLD

yeah
Here's where it really goes off the rails: During the 2nd hearing, the en banc one, SUllivans attorney made it a point that Sullivan would NOT look to expand the investigation, to NOT request for more evidence in this case. Specifically to show he was NOT acting as a prosecutorial investigator in his process.
However, here we are when at least twice, I heard him specifically ask for "records" regarding communications between parties and something else(I cant remember exactly)
Assuming Powell is running headlong to the Appellate court in the morning, I would think this would be a huge bullet point
