If you want more that 500gb storage of Series S, you might as well get a Series X.

Playstation will probably be same considering they are requiring min SSD performance.

Will go same route, just thought they would get the price down. Close to 50% of console price to double storage of X and close to doubling cost of S.

2 TB won’t last long with Game Pass anyhow.

I will just be connecting my large external to it. You can back the game up on there. That way if you want to play a game that isnt on the console you can install from backup with will be a million times faster than redownloading. I think it will be interesting to test out how fast that install from backup will be, I will test once I get it and let you know.

Didn't they say you could take your eternal drive from the One and plug it into the Series X/S and still have all the games work?

Yes, just without the benefit of the series X SSD. Enhanced games would have to be installed internally.

That's ridiculous. I have a 500 GB SSD and two 2 TB HDDs with my PC and I'm always shifting shite around. Obviously my most played games stay on the SSD or ones that will simply run better - this is where Cyberpunk will go.

Just keep everything your not playing on your External HD and then transfer. Might just have to wait till the prices on those drop.

I don't see the point in buying that. 1 TB isn't enough of an expansion in the first place. I will definitely be getting a new external drive for my Series X though.
