This season is ....... well, it’s 2020. What else can be said. In most years, the top and bottom of the two conferences are usually comparable. It’s the wide middle of good teams where the SEC sets itself apart. And you are assuming every SEC team gets in its 10 games this year.

But the SEC always plays 8 conf games until 2020. And the argument every year prior to 2020 was “an 8 game SEC schedule is too hard, we have to schedule the chickenshit Saturday slate of games.” You can’t argue both ways. Would it make you feel better if Ohio State adopted an SEC and Clemson tradition, went rogue, and scheduled The Citadel for 10/17?

Blah, blah, blah...

Year in year out, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Clemson have the easiest routes to the CFP.

The top of the SEC is better also.. Kinda hard to argue otherwise when it’s OSU and everyone else and the SEC has LSU,BAMA, UGA, UF, AUB.. Top to bottom SEC is the best and it really can’t even be argued, pretty much any metric would support what I’m saying..
