Going to camp this weekend. Bought a new blackstone a month ago. Any recipe ideas? Done burgers, quesadillas, fajitas, steak and breakfast. Looking for something different. Thanks

Like the others have said, hibachi and fried rice. Lots of good youtube videos for it.

I also like making philly cheesesteaks and philly shrimp sandwiches on mine.

Look up Todd Toven (Blackstone Brand Ambassador) on youtube, he has a lot of different recipes.

I have the 17" tabletop that I keep and use in my RV. Last coupla cooks were a simple Shrimp/Chicken Scampi recipe with rice and salad while at Lake Weiss...

Then fresh Red Snapper and Scallops with grilled onions an mushrooms while in Navarre Brech a few weeks ago...

Rarely use my charcoal grill anymore while camping.
