If Biden wins can we keep Melania as First Lady, constitutionally?

Surely there's a gray area in there somewhere. If not, Congress needs to get to work on it.

Well, the position of First Lady isn’t a constitutionally created position, so the Constitution won’t provide much if an answer.

If Biden wins, the role of the FLOTUS will be reduced to just changing Joe’s diaper and making sure his feet stay propped up
