Yep.
Urban South Distilling (allegedly).
Hey Cafe moving to Tips to sell out a window.
According to someone I know who also posts things on that board.
Fwiw, the story is that the owner wanted out and reopening somewhere else doesn't seem likely.

Friend,
Ms. Mae died in July of 2004. It was a tragedy for our family. Her last words to me were, "TulaneLSU, life is like a streetcar." There isn't a day that I don't think of and miss her. She was a wonderful woman, better than any of us deserve. She taught me how to cook, make a sandwich, and dream outside the standards that edged me in during childhood. I wouldn't be the same without her. May we all have a Ms. Mae in our lives.
If this is regarding the bar new Casamento's, I feel no pity. One less bar in the city.
Yours,
TulaneLSU

Friend of mine has a condo right across the street. Loved Ms. Mae's after an evening in the Quarter.
Hoping the rumors of it becoming a brewpub are true.
