It took the sheriff all of 30 seconds to compose that. He can probably multitask and if not can probably fit a bit more into his day.
Attacking the piece of shite whose behavior supports targeting cops is a perfectly fine use of a small sliver of his time.

If one were black or maybe Hispanic, you may get some awareness from woke athletes. Otherwise, zero chance.
Much more likely they will put up monies / bail money to the ones at the hospital preventing the ambulance from getting in were they arrested.

Seriously. Lebron has made himself out to be one of the most vocally outspoken leaders of this cop hating movement and is one of the most famous people on the planet, not to mention LA where this happened. If he came out and made a statement on this, people would listen.

Dude, it's not about money even though it's not like the LASD has millions just laying around like LeBron. Salaries, vehicles, buildings, equipment, etc. aren't free. This is a chance for the biggest pop culture figure in the city to put their money where their mouth is. Instead of instigating violence with his racist rhetoric, he can prove ALL lives matter and no form of violence is okay. If he can support guilty criminals, he surely can support innocent cops. I typically would agree with you but he chose to get involved, so he's free game now. Help LA calm and heal instead of stoking the flames.

LaBron has an IQ of 85, which would make him a non qualifier at most major universities. And I don't the Sheriff's actions as dramatic PR at all. Like all LEO's I am sure he's just sick & tired of his officers being physically abused,in this case almost murdered. And called on one of the biggest cop haters to basically step up or, left unsaid, shut up.
