There is no more “forward movement”.
This is how it is until he says otherwise now. Or until the legislature grows some balls and puts their own selfish interests aside. Or until we can successfully recall his arse.
He’s basically stated as much. He’s not even hiding it by nickel-and-diming us anymore.

Bars are open but you can't sit down. Plus the only liquor that can be served is from the well.
