Why is this? A good hot shower, as hot as I can stand, makes the hitches feel super sensitive while the hot water is running over it but after you get out they stop itching for several hours. That and swimming are the only sure fire way to get rel3if for me

I know it's expensive but it has saved me for years now and it's called RHINO skin. It's made in the U.K. And it's like spandex that bugs can't penetrate. Shirt, gloves, head, cover, socks.

I used to use permethrin and that sprays on your clothing and kills for like 7 years and twenty washings and it works but, I don't want to grow an extra arm so I made the investment in bug clothing.

calamine lotion helps along with what others mentioned.
