Literally sobbing. I get that ESPN is a liberal mouthpiece, but are you kidding me? He is crying over keeping your hands and 10 and 2 during a traffic stop and saying yes sir to the police.. Hell, I have to do that too. Doing the opposite does bring on all kinds of trouble and should.. Black or white. This is insane.

He followed by picking Stingley to win the Heisman. I thought the emotion was touching at the very least while I don't fully agree with the sentiment. Let's not get pissed off over every little thing ESPN does, because we won't be able to enjoy anything with how political they like to get

All the rona and blm propaganda...I'm done. I didn't even turn on GM. I'm not watching this year b/c I predicted what they'd talk about and it's not football. If broadcasts overkill and do the same i'm done with CFB. I'll only watch LSU.
And the NFL. I'm having very little grace. If it's what we all expect I'm not watching any NFL. I know it's not going to happen, but if more people would abandon all this crap, they would lose most of their revenue. Sadly most people are addicted and so programmed...they're not wiling to say 'enough'.

I have been waiting for, a hoping for, a football season this year.... and I tune in on week one to find Herbstreit pandering to ABC with sobbing wokeness to keep his job...... I want freaking football without freaking politics. For God sakes make it stop.

Good to know. I’ll tune in right at game time when LSU plays, and if the play-by-play and commercial portions of the broadcasts are too woke, I’ll record them and fast forward through to the action. If all else fails, at least I know I gave it my best before I quit being a fan.

Same principle can be applied here. We want to watch football. Not have political views or social justice movements shoved in our faces. Doesn't mean we don't think they are important, because they are important and they have a direct affect on our lives. We just don't care to see it when we are trying to watch sports. That's supposed to be an escape. It doesn't make you a racist just because you don't care to hear about it when you are trying to do something completely unrelated. Especially when its being forced on your in every other aspect of your life, 24/7. Try to think a little before you just spout of "you're racist". Some people actually use that thing on their shoulders to think for themselves.
