Well, this thread isn't about Will Hardy, but I consider him to be the lead assistant in SAS. The reason why I don't think he will be the next HC is because of Pop's progressive tendencies, I think he wants to be known for making Hammon the first woman HC.

my apologies for my tone.
To be clear, i think in 3 or 4 years, she has the potential to have a very strong case to be a HC candidate. SHe's just not there right now, and the only reason any one mentions her is b/c she's a woman, and it's stupid b/c her resume doesn't warrant being mentioned right now. 10 years under her belt under Pop will be a damn strong resume, and start getting her deserved mentioning. She's a few years away from where Will Hardy is currently, and he's just starting to get interviews.
