are other schools gonna see this happening too? if so, then fine, I guess.
cfb is gonna get pretty shitty if kids can just play 2, or one with a redshirt, then sit their 3rd when you were counting on them for some wins.

Players who leave after year 3 aren't going to be redshirting (unless it's a medical redshirt).
