His media handlers The New York Times said he will go somewhere on Monday to condemn violence. Plans still being finalized.

Trump flushed him out early. I'm guessing he wants Joe out and speaking off the cuff so he has plenty of fresh idiocy outtakes for his campaign commercials.

A recap of just how bad it's getting for Biden:
Just a week ago, his campaign was saying he wouldn't campaign in person this fall ( LINK)
After Trump's RNC speech, they walked that back and said he would campaign in person in 10 days.
After Trump New Hampshire speech, they changed their mind again and are now saying he will leave his bunker in two days.

Their reactionary reversal of their positions and strategy speak volumes and suggest that the polls showing Biden with big leads are bullshite.

And it’s only going to get worse.
It’s not sinking in for them just yet, because DJT’s got them on their heels reacting instead of attacking...but by letting themselves be drawn out like this, they’ve walked into a trap: if Joe gets out on the campaign trail, even on a limited basis, they lose their cover for calling off the debates. It’s the last thing they wanted.

I wouldn't be surprised. Trump has already announced he's going there so Slow Joe will probably try to do a "me too" event to piggyback on Trump's leadership.
