I've come to respect Stephen A. along with Sir Charles. Those two dudes don't apologize for one second about how much pride they have in their race, but they also aren't afraid to criticize those in their own race along the way.

I have had the privilege of seeing him speak on several occasions and I could easily see him being a closet RED.
Obviously he can never let his real persona leak onto air or he will be labeled a cornball brotha by all his peers in the industry
