Wouldn't own a house with a pool and no garage, unless it had a full basement. Because the pool would get filled... if it's the only space for a garage. Where'd you put the pool supplies, dog food, and emergency generator*?

Home being built right now...double car carport with extended patio. Paying more for a single car garage next to that for both storage and tools (mower). Must have or else would need to eventually purchase ugly, contrasting shed.

You put those in a shed, not a garage.
