very few doctors that see these patients are going to be found with any wrongdoings. they look at pathology that occurred after the accident and make their recommendations. they have to defend this in depositions and in court.

Gotcha. I never had the pleasure of going up against her but a co-worker has. He was unimpressed.

Where are our plaintiff attorney friends to chime in about bad drivers being the reason for high insurance rates?
They're busy advocating against tort reform. I mean, how else are they supposed to get rich on the backs of poor, innocent people who merely enjoyed an innocent 1,837 cartons of cigarettes?

The medical reports as a whole may look different than individual reports. Some Chiropractors and MDs at MD/PT mills are lazy and use cookie cutter reports with mistakes. Additionally, a lot of these charlatans do not even bother to see the patients and they may have put video on some of their offices. We had a case where we had proof Dwight McKenna was charging patients when all they did was come in and sign in and leave and he was not there. He arrogantly stated he considered it a chargeable visit if they simply crossed the threshold of his office whether he was there or not.

i can assure you that this is not the case with most practitioners.
For those who build practices around working with plaintiff lawyers it IS the case. Pieces of CRAP.

it is not and you have no idea what you are talking about.
I have probably reviewed into the tens of thousands of medical reports involved in casualty claims. It is amazing how LEGAL the words of these for sale doctors sound on their medical reports. It is almost as if the words were suggested to them.

Didn’t he also do federal time on tax fraud? And now he’s been elected coroner. This guy epitomises New Orleans corruption.

She’s involved in an entirely different group of fraudulent staged accidents, allegedly.
Yes there appear to be at least two groups of between 50-100 of these different mostly different players with some overlap. Allegedly.
