I'm in Lafayette. We supposedly have a good Mexican supermarket in La Morenita, but I've never been. I may have to go there and look for El Suprema.

La Morenita in Lafayette is solid. Good, fresh produce section, meat section has store made chorizo, and prepped meats for grilling (al pastor etc). The kitchen area cranks out tasty stuff. Do yourself a favor and stop by there.
