Here’s the issue with that
The falsification of those documents is what led to the trump camp being spied on
There would not have been FISA warrants if the documents were not altered
The fbi engaging in criminal behavior to obtain emails and phone logs of a trump advisor is not a nothingburger.
In any other time it would be considered a civil liberties scandal
You don’t care about corruption at the fbi as long as it targets the man you hate
I find that revolting and unamerican

The point is that there will likely be one guy taking the fall while the higher ups can plead plausible deniability because one rogue lawyer took it upon himself to feed them the bad information they acted on.

Entirely possible... Durham has to know this is bullshite. But... creating a case that would result in someone being found guilty in a DC court might be next to impossible. I think he has to make a case that's so strong that they get the Flynn treatment: Plead guilty or go bankrupt fighting the charges.

I'm not holding my breathe that any of the upper echelon individuals will go down.
