All released without bail. What are the chances any will actually be brought to trial? A small timeout seems to be all the punishment they get. It's no surprise they have been acting the fool for 2 months straight.

It’s crazy. The Portland Police twitter account keeps threatening arrest and the DA says no one will be prosecuted. Not sure what it’s going to take to break the cycle.
