I prefer paying with cash at inside the gas station. Here’s my chips, here’s my $2. Have a nice day. Not, here’s my chips, slide my card, enter my pin, sign my name for $2. I like being anonymous and not having a ton of less than $10 charges on my account.

Alimentation Couche-Tard? Seriously? I thought this was a Babylon Bee story at first.
Alimentation - The act or process of giving or receiving oral nourishment
Couche - A couche is an arrangement of cloth for raising bread dough, usually baguette dough. It is formed by pleating canvas or kitchen towels so the pleats can serve as resting places for the dough. Obviously the fabric must either be heavily floured or lined with parchment paper.
Tard - A shortened form of retard. Can apply to the mentally retarded or just a stupid person. You are a real tard .
Uh, so, the company is gives oral “nourishment“ to tards with a bakery towel?

I like talking to convenience store cashiers and thanking them for working hard. I admire anyone who works, and I don’t judge them.
