Literally every person in the organization should be laying low and trying not to fuel the fire, and we got a hitting coach daring opposing players to charge the dugout

He's a "co-hitting coach" and the offense is struggling. Maybe don't embarrass the organization that's already trying to dig out of PR snafu.
he's certainly not proved himself an irreplaceable part of the organization.
