Reminder: We want Phoenix or San Antonio to get the 8th seed

The Pelicans can "only" move up in the lottery slot odds if Phoenix or SA get the 8th seed. If either of them do, they would move up one spot.
The reason for the quotation marks around only is that we are in a tie with the Kings that a random drawing will take place to see who picks first.
So we can either be: 12th or 13th depending on the drawing with the kings...
or 11th or 12th if SA or Phoenix gets the 8th seed.

Agreed. Portland is the only 8 or 9 team that can beat the Lakers. Lakers must go down.

I think Portland gives them the most trouble, Lakers have no guards.
