Not specifically for strangulation, no

The fact they added that on is a terrible sign for him

If she didn’t have marks on her neck, no. Those don’t get there by accident or in self defense. And i doubt Guice would have been released so quickly if there wasn’t something to it.

The arrest came after three incidents first were reported to the Montgomery County Police Department in Maryland, where the victim lives, according to the sheriff’s office. The department determined that three assaults — which occurred Feb. 14, March 13 and April 17 — took place at Guice’s home in Ashburn, Va. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office learned of the accusations on July 22. The investigation was coordination by officials in Loudoun and Montgomery Counties. Guice was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
