To be honest, I don't think that America has really produced a Top 10 general ever. Top 20, sure, but not sure if they measure up to some of the greats that rode along Alexander and Genghis as well as a few other generals littered throughout history.

maybe. id argue we have produced some of the absolute greatest admirals of all time as we have always been more focused on our navy, and air force in the later half of the 20th century, than our army
