Costco Prime Whole Brisket on sale

I couldn't pass it up when I saw the price. Prime, untrimmed whole brisket for $2.99 lb. and I picked one up yesterday.
Got it home and trimmed it up and made my brine to soak it in for about 2 weeks and will make corned beef with some of it and pastrami with the rest.

Sams had them for $2.79 Prime untrimmed last week.
The $2.99 is just getting back into line with what it was before the China Flu.

Also Albertsons has $2.99lb, $1.97lb if you have app coupon for those who don't have Costco access.
