Tell me about Male VIP Hosts for Vegas Nightclubs

A dude I kinda know from college does this in Vegas and I see him and his boys dressed to the nines in their Nordstrom Rack best making badass hand signs in the club and posing tough.
What does this job entail? How do they get paid? Set salary? Cut of the table? Cut of the liquor? Are they fricking female VIO hosts? Does they go get you girls? Go get you coke? Do they just nod along to the latest Steve Aoki and tell each other how lit things are?

That's still better than most soul-crushing attorneys jobs. But, maybe boosie can cash a big plaintiff's check here and there and take or month or two off, which is better than 95% of the remainder of the profession.

I think I watched a YouTube video about the Male VIP host lifestyle and what they do. Wish I could remember the channel.
Basically, they set up there client with girls, liquor, and anything else they need. Think most work for the club or casino and some higher end guys are pulling in 150k+ a year.

They get cuts off the table as well. Basically they're job is to make rich dudes spend money on any thing in the club/casino so they themselves can make bank off of it.
