The virus is just working it’s way through the population, and burning out.

Some people are susceptible, some people aren’t.

I'm trying to tell you it was the hurricane. They closed some counties along the east coast. No testing was allowed at certain stations. The numbers were slightly down last week though.

Expect them to go back up a bit now that the stations are back open.

That was a tropical storm. Those are brushed off as light rain showers in Florida. Here in Jacksonville, we got some rain for about 20 minutes on Monday. This thing stayed offshore for the most part.

They still closed testing sites in Florida. Enjoy looking like fools when it goes back up over the next week.

It is still on an overall decline though.

It is amazing how they play this shite up now... I mean it is worse than Jim from the Weather Channel showing up and the joke that it became...

For the idiots.

Fools

I fully agree the numbers are coming down, but not that much yet.

5 day turn around on results, so the impact of sites closing will show up later this week

My God, I wonder how many days it has been since July 30th, when they were closed?

Read the article. Testing dropped 26,000. Good grief people.

Yeah that wasn’t really a storm. I have no idea why they closed the Orange County testing sites. Barely even rained here.

Today the percent positive went down to 17%, which is nice. Some of the high percent counties didn't fully test though.

Um, no. Test results coming in the last few days could be from up to a week ago, before some (not many) testing sites closed out of caution for the hurricane. You have been repeatedly told about the delay in test results but you conveniently "forget" when it suits you.

I'm for the numbers going down, but they closed 5 days ago.

Do you really think testing dropped in half for nothing? Not positives, but tests.

What about hospitalizations and deaths? If those are also down, that would be even better.
