I've heard it's now the ability to do rapid testing. At least that will be their reason.

What f-in domed stadium are you referring to in MKE?
FL DOH said their 4,000-case data dump dated back to June 26, so not sure how much effect it will have on the 7-day ave.
The nay-say-ers all said that FL's low numbers last week were the result of testing sites being closed down the week prior in advance of the hurricane with the name no one ever heard anyone utter ever before. If that was in fact the case, I would think by now that effect would have subsided.
He'll declare the pandemic officially over.
Yes and yes to hospitalizations and deaths.
Um, no. Test results coming in the last few days could be from up to a week ago, before some (not many) testing sites closed out of caution for the hurricane. You have been repeatedly told about the delay in test results but you conveniently "forget" when it suits you.
I interpreted your post the opposite way - even assuming the COVID numbers are legit, there are many more conditions with a higher death toll EVERY YEAR, and yet, nary a peep from anyone. Go ahead, down vote that.
Any states that have Nov. 4 as the HIT date?
Last week: "Based on death certificate data, the percentage of deaths attributed to pneumonia, influenza or COVID-19 (PIC) decreased from 6.9% during week 26 to 5.5% during week 27, representing the eleventh week of a declining percentage of deaths due to PIC. The percentage is currently below the epidemic threshold but will likely change as more death certificates are processed, particularly for recent weeks." From LINK
