I talked to my rep today. Was told the same 4-6 week timeline and said the wait is simply because of the huge volume they are coming in. They are going through thousands of these opt outs.

Yesterday was my week 3 mark. I initially received the email stating they received my form. Hopefully it’s not another 3wks.

Got my refund yesterday. Took 37 days from when I submitted the form.

How do I get an opt out form? Everytime I contact the sales guy he says “email coming tomorrow”. Well tomorrow ain’t got here yet.

I sent mine on July 28th and received my refund on Aug 27th.

I emailed them this morning and was told it'd be 6-8 weeks due to the high volume of refunds

The NFL will hurt this year, but they will 100% blame it on COVID. It will take them till next season to realize how hard the race stuff has hit them.

Mailed the opt out form on July 10th. Received a check Sept 3rd. Early on their was little communication but it got better toward the end.
