I thought we might just keep a thread for random observations from other games. Obviously, we could do that over in the thread on the MSB, but I'd rather discuss things here with my fellow Pels fans. Put an up or down vote to indicate whether you like this idea or not.

Don't have the time to watch the other games, so I will enjoy reading what's going on throughout the league.

The Mavs - Rockets game right now is really crazy. You've got a log of 7'2" Porzingis and 7'4" Marjanovich playing for Dallas, and the big guys are getting whatever shots they want.

On the other hand, Harden and Westbrook are getting to the rim on almost every Houston possession.

It's 65-62 Dallas right now.

With 58 seconds left, the Spurs have a 5-point lead on the Kings.

Edit: It's over. Spurs won.

Every single shot in the game is a wide-open 3 or a dunk.

Porzingis just kneed Harden in the nuts and Harden is writhing on the floor in pain.

In the misery loves company department, the Mavs are demonstrably less clutch than the pels geez

That was the best I've ever seen Porzingis play. He was a joy to watch last night.

They didn’t look great against the Pelicans in the first half either so I wouldn’t judge them just yet.

Jazz will struggle to score without Bogdanovich. They don’t have bench scoring. We’re just a sorry arse team.

It's interesting because Ingram was doing it at will at one point, then it all just stopped. He's not Shaq down there

Today's Slate:

Blazers vs Celtics will tip off in a few minutes. We 100% need for the Celtics to win this game. If the Blazers win it, then it's almost 100% that the Blazers will finish ahead of us.

Spurs vs Grizzlies tips at 3:00. I'll be looking for a stream for it, since I don't have League Pass. That's a 50-50 game -- I wouldn't even lean one way or the other on who to bet. It would really help us if the Spurs won. This is by far the Grizzlies' easiest remaining game. It also wouldn't hurt if this game went to OT, as we get the Grizzlies tomorrow on the 2nd night of a back-to-back.

Kings vs Magic at 5:00. I don't plan to watch this. Obviously, a loss by the Kings changes their odds from slim to none.
