Not a bad deal for both parties...You have a coach that gets recruits and success on the field, while the school gets fans willing to kick in donations because they make the playoffs and SEEM to be in contention every year.

Or someone else. If I were him if stay forever but these guys eventually look for a different challenge. He will get stale at some point and the right situation will draw him to the NFL

He earned every penny. I know they drop they struggle in the playoffs but he has gotten them there repeatedly
