Any of you twin city folk have a review of Genos?

Lived here most of my life and only eaten there once, but I’m not a big Italian food eater either. Nothing really stood out about the meal but the restaurant itself is sort of a dump.

As others said genusa’s is where most ppl go for Italian.

20 years ago it was a nice semi nostalgic Italian restaurant with a patio. The food was good and you kinda expected to see some gangsters smoking cigars in the corner playing cards. It had a nice patio that was good for date nights.

Genusa’s food was better IMO and it was a place that was more formal. Kids would go there for prom and you would not feel out of place in a suit and tie at dinner. Their prices reflected this as I remember it being quite a bit more pricy than Geno’s.

Neither one is a bad choice. They are just different.
