His problems with the Raiders stem much more from immaturity than a lack of intellect. He could have been Einstein but if you're not reading the playbook and you're wasted on lean and 50 pounds overweight, it's not going to help. I'm not even judging him really. I personally would promptly lose motivation to do my job if someone gave me $50M.
