What’s the cause of action for the individual user if 230 is removed and twitter still censors content?

I imagine they're initially open to class action lawsuits, but that's layman speculation.
If you're labeled as persona non grata by the site, and they have the ability to refuse service to anyone, then you pull up stakes and set up elsewhere. That's what I've had to do.

A class action suit is just a procedural vehicle for a group of people with similar, cognizable claims against a common defendant. Those claims still have to be to colorable (valid) under the law.
Everyone assumes you would have a cause of action against Twitter if they banned you, but where do you have a vested interest in being able to use Twitter freely? Are they not a private entity that can offer their services to whomever? Banning you because of your politics doesn’t run afoul of any public accommodation discrimination laws (assuming Twitter is even a public accommodation).
All 230 does is protect Twitter in a lawsuit I file against you and Twitter (because they have the deep pockets) because you slandered me on the internet and they published it. If 230 is removed, you will see more censorship by Twitter because they can now be held vicariously liable.
Removing 230 isn’t this magic thing that will give you a cause of action for Twitter banning you on the front end.
