Should we strive to eliminate overt racism? Absolutely
However, every single person on earth has some inherent bias to people who look like they do. It’s human nature, and no amount of tinkering with things or placating one group will change that.

nothing in this world is fair regardless of race. People make their own choices which lead to their own success or failures
