Good lord. Even Jeni's Splendid is only $9/pint. What's the milk source? If it's ordinary commodity milk, then it better not be ultra premium priced.

I think this one was $17/quart. It ain't cheap, but it's in the same price ballpark as something like Jeni's. We happened to have a pint of Jeni's chocolate peanut butter in the freezer and I preferred the local product by a lot.

It's definitely a luxury purchase that's meant to be enjoyed, but if you're looking for quality, I think this guy is doing it. I don't know him, I just visited with him for a few minutes when I picked up, but he seems nice as can be. I don't mind paying a little more to support a local.

The Lucy Boone stuff is $9/pint, which also isn't cheap, but same thing applies.
